Introduction to UP Ultrapure Water System

UP ultrapure water system assimilates all the advanced technologies for water pro-cessing technology and is a fully automatic ultrapure water device integrated with tech-nologies including conventional fiber membrane filtering, precision column-type activated carbon filtering, RO filtering, atom-scale ion exchange ultrapurification, and ultraviolet sla-cking as well as sensor technology, single chip technology, pressure container technology.
This system is reasonably designed with beautiful appearance and compact structure, featuring highly efficient water processing, stable water quality, and no acid and alkali re-generation. All operations under this system are automatically performed by preset pro-grams: automatic start-off water manufacturing, automatic washing RO membrane, auto-matic timing washing, and automatic full-tank stop.
The input water source is tap water and the process of water manufacturing is fully automatic. This system can simultaneously manufacture two types of water: pure water and ultrapure water with instant flow of 1.5L /m, which can meet with laboratory require-ments for water with different water quality.
The cost in manufacturing water by this system is cheap and the power consumption is only 1/150 to that of traditional water still and unit cost for manufacturing water is only 1/15 to that of traditional water still.
This system is convenient in use. Ultrapure water can be manufactured if required, which prevents from aggravation of water quality due to long-time storage of pure water and safeguards the reliability and accuracy of experimental measuring data.
The system can be equipped with interfaces for printers and computer if required by clients. UP series is available for system upgrading.
