            The UPZGL-E/EZ series pure water/ultrapure water system features a 7-hour large human-machine interface color touch screen for more convenient operation; the casing is a combination of plastic and sheet metal, integrating fashion and durability; after optimization by the UPL-E/EZ system, it incorporates dual-stage reverse osmosis, EDI electrodialysis and other advanced purification processes that significantly improve ultrapure water quality and optimize system operating costs, making system operation more economical and efficient The prepared pure water/ultrapure water meets or exceeds GB/T6682-2008, GB/T33087-2016, GB/T11446.1-2013, ISO3696, ASTM, D1193, D1125-95 (1995), CLSI, EP, CAP, CH P, and US P established water quality standards.
      System Functions

      1. User management: Permission management, password protection.

      2.Multiple water intake: Three options available: fast water intake, scheduled water intake, and qualitative and quantitative water intake.

      3. Intake display: Online display of intake type / temperature / water quality / flow / volume.

      4. Monitoring of six-way water quality: Online monitoring of raw water / RO product water / pre ultra-purification pack product water / RO water intake / UP water intake quality and temperature / UP ultrapure water TOC (optional).

      5. Flow monitoring: Online monitoring of the flow rate of RO product water / pre ultra-purification pack product water / RO pure water / UP ultrapure water, and timely recording of usage (there is an error of about 5% when taking large liters of water).

      11. Excessive discharge: It can prevent unqualified RO water from entering the water production system during the initial operation of the RO membrane (10-60 seconds).

      Ordering Instructions

      1. The E series has an intermediate tank (with a capacity of 100L), while the EZ series has no intermediate tank.

      2. The PE opening tank is equipped with a multifunctional respirator to block the entry of microparticles, bacteria, and spores from the air into the pure water tank.

      3. The water yield of the product refers to the rated yield of RO membrane when the water temperature is 25 ℃. For every 1 ℃ decrease in water temperature, the water yield of the RO membrane decreases by about 3%. When the water temperature is below 5 ℃, the RO membrane will stop producing water. When selecting and ordering, users must consider the water temperature drop in winter in their region.

      4. The conductivity is a typical value for continuous water production.

      5. The inlet water quality will have a direct impact on the quality of the produced water and the lifespan of the filter candle. The TOC indicator of the produced water is related to the TOC value of the raw water and the system configuration.

      6. In areas with poor raw water quality (TDS≥200ppm), a fully automatic water softener is recommended to effectively reduce the consumption of consumables for subsequent systems.
