Ion exchange Filter— DOW UP ion exchange resins filled in final filter, resistivity up to 18.25 MΩ.cm.
Ultra filtration— the pore size of ultra filtration membrane is between RO membrane and micro filter membrane, which is from 0.01μm to 0.1μm. Ultra filtration membranes with cut off below 5,000Daltonare are capable of rejecting microorganism and endotoxin.
UV Oxidation—Two UV wavelengths, UV254 and UV185, are useful in water purification. UV254 can destroy living microorganisms by disrupting their DNA. UV lamp which emits both UV 185 and UV254 must be used to oxidize organics and reduce TOC in product water. When TOC of feed water is lower than 50ppb, the TOC of product water can be lower than 5ppb.
Final Micro filters— Particles(0.22μm):<l/ml； equipped with the outlet of ultrapure water flow; micro filters can remove bacteria and chipping of resin.
